Holistic Care & Dementia

Join us in a presentation facilitated by Vickie Hale, Registered Nurse and Health Educator with the Trillium Heath Education & Aging Resources Team (HEART). Participants can expect to learn more about how an integrated (holistic) approach to health care can benefit individuals experiencing Dementia. Registration is required by Wednesday, September 16.
