Celebrate America’s 250th Anniversary by creating a simple and festive hanging rag flag made from strips of fabric in patriotic colors. Tie fabric strips onto a wooden dowel to create a rustic decoration that represents freedom, unity, and creativity. This easy, relaxing craft makes a beautiful piece to display at home during the America 250 celebration. All supplies will be provided while materials last.
